Our chef and kitchen staff provides restaurant quality cuisine and can meet a wide variety of dietary needs.
All meals are served buffet style and typically include a salad, entre with two side selections, and dessert. Homemade soups are also found regularly in the lunch menus.
Meals are typically scheduled with Breakfast at 8:00am, Lunch at Noon and Dinner at 6:00pm. Those times can be adjusted if your retreat schedule requires it, and occasionally we will schedule groups 15 minutes apart to lessen the congestion in our four service lines.
Special needs, such as gluten free, vegetarian, vegan or other similar diets can be accommodated with advance notice.
